The Magic of Giving Gala is a celebration of inspiring stories, good food and great drinks. Guests will enjoy a balloon pop, silent and live auctions.

Please note: Redemption of auction winnings is the responsibility of the winning bidder. Please plan to take your item home with you on event night. If you are not in attendance, you may pick up items at the National Kidney Foundation office, located at 6405 Metcalf Ave., Suite 204, Overland Park, KS 66210. If items are to be shipped, winning bidder agrees to pay all applicable shipping, handling and insurance fees.

THE FINE PRINT:  Acceptance of the successful bid by the auctioneer or mobile bidding service is binding. It will be confirmed immediately by your paid Purchase Receipt.  Please note you will receive your purchased item at check-out after sharing your paid electronic receipt.  Payment by cash will also be accepted. All items purchased must be paid for and removed from the premises by the end of the evening. All sales are final and, unless otherwise noted, expire May 16, 2020.  No refunds, exchanges or substitutions. The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) is not responsible for lost or unredeemable certificates, regardless of the circumstances.  Please note expiration dates to avoid disappointment.  In the event a business goes bankrupt or out of business, the NKF cannot be held responsible and will not refund donations due to these unforeseeable circumstances. Values established for auction items are the donor's estimate and are not warranted by the National Kidney Foundation for tax purposes. The retail value of auction items represents the fair market value (FMV) and is not tax deductible. Any contribution above the FMV is considered a gift and is tax deductible to the extent of the law. The NKF and auctioneer make no expressed or implied warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property or services offered for auction. In no event shall NKF or the auctioneer be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, authenticity, or condition of the property or services. No statement in this catalog or made at the sale or in the bill of sale or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability. By his or her purchase, the buyer waives any claims for donor of the property or services. Neither NKF nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of the property or services sold.  By participating in the auction, the winner agrees to make arrangements to pick up any winnings on event night, if not present then at the local National Kidney Foundation office in Overland Park, Kansas, or agrees to pay all insurance, shipping and handling fees.
